INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address was provided, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the courier directly first. Our team will also gladly assist in investigating the shipment.
We are not liable for packages lost due to carrier issues, theft, or delivery errors after confirmed delivery.
